The SoulShake

Northern California trio The SoulShake delivers a laid-back, danceable blend of rock and reggae, pairing heartfelt, songwriter-driven lyrics with groove-heavy instrumentals inspired by artists like Jason Mraz and Sublime. Rooted in the adventure and freedom of the Northern California coast, their music reflects good times, connection, and a love for life. More than a band, The SoulShake are best friends who connect with audiences through their surfer lifestyle, wacky humor, and songs about love, growth, and building a better world.

Formed in Petaluma, California, by guitarist Domenic Bianco and bassist Charlie Sisemore, The SoulShake officially began in 2016 after years of friendship and musical exploration. Their early experiences shaped a positive, community-focused outlook that inspired their debut album, A Little Peace in the Puzzle (2018). Despite lineup changes and the pandemic’s challenges, the band found unexpected success with their livestream series Saturdays with The SoulShake, which reached an international audience and became a source of connection during quarantine.

Their latest release, In This Moment, was released on May 4, 2024. The eight-song EP is available on all major streaming platforms and on vinyl via wilsonstreetrecords.com.
